Experiment description: Faraday’s law is the basic law of electromagnetism with rich applications in daily life. It reflects the change of the magnetic flux with time, resulting in induced voltage in a closed loop. Here the rotating coil with variable No of windings is rotating in stationary magnetic field of the permanent magnet. The No of revolutions per unit time may be changed in wide range by driving motor. The induced voltage is measured and displayed by ISES modules, the resulting data are transferred in requested format.
Description of the use: This remote experiment may be used both for the demonstration and verification of Faraday’s law. Thus, it is useful for demonstration purposes in lectures and in the seminars and laboratory exercises .
